Elon Musk's social media platform X was down again for over 40,000 users internationally, according to Downdetector.com.
At 5:40 p.m., the app had approximately 28,570 outage reports, the website found. Some 57% of users reported problems with the app, while 32% reported issues with the website.
Reuters previously reported that the social media site was down for some 11,000 people, user-submitted data on the outage-tracking website showed.
More than 10,800 users in the UK also reported outages earlier in the day.
X did not immediately respond to a Reuters request for comment.
