Women Leaders Summit kicks off in Tel Aviv, showcasing innovation and leadership

Today, March 25, 2025, The Jerusalem Post proudly hosts its fourth annual Women Leaders Summit, uniting some of Israel’s most influential women who are driving change. In this era of challenges and transformation, this year’s event carries even greater significance, celebrating women's strength, creativity, and leadership across various industries.

The event will feature a number of distinguished speakers, beginning with First Lady Michal Herzog who will open the event. Also taking the stage today are Dr. Esther Luzzatto, CEO of The Luzzatto Group; Nataly Kremer, Chief Product Officer at Check Point; Merav Davidson, Vice President of Industry AI at Microsoft; Olessia Kantor, a social entrepreneur, author, philanthropist, and head of the Lev Esh Project. Dovrat Weizer, Chairwoman of Women of Magen David Adom will be interviewed; Michal Magen, from Nahal Oz will speak as will Prof. Irit Bachar, Director of Eye Array at Belinson Hospital.

Carmit Ram, Director of the Desalination Department at Mekorot will participate in a panel together with Nicole Hod Stroh, CEO of Merage Foundation Israel and Liat Shaked, CEO of Supersonas and Miri Shetach SVP of Training & Education at Histadrut and CEO of Healthy Workers Club. Many other industry trailblazers will share their expertise and insights throughout the day including Maya Horowitz, CRO of Check Point and Orit Sulitzeanu, Director-General of the Association of Rape Crisis Centers in Israel (ARCCI); Michaela Berku, Paramedic at Magen David Adom and Founder of Tribu NGO; Hagit Peer, Chairwoman of Naamat; Aleeza Ben Shalom, matchmaker and host of Jewish Matchmaking on Netflix.

Additional panels will feature Noam Millis, CEO and Co-founder of Panax, with Reut Sela Nizan and Rony Hoter-Ishay Meyer, Co-founders and partners at SilkWay; Osnat Elroy, Secretary of the Board at Mifal Hapais, Merav Brandfled and Head of Regulation and Chief of Staff to the CEO of Mifal Hapais.

As part of the summit, the Next-Gen Women Entrepreneurship Award—an initiative by The Luzzatto Group and The Jerusalem Post—returns for its fourth year. This competition provides a platform for female entrepreneurs to showcase their vision and the companies they are building in Israel and worldwide. Five female-led startups will take the stage, each delivering a three-minute pitch in front of a panel of judges, highlighting women's innovation and determination in the entrepreneurial space.
