YomHuledTech, a birthday playground concept that combines the Hebrew term “Yom Huledet” (birthday) with technology, is expanding internationally, the company StuGi announced Tuesday.

StuGi, which designs and builds the playgrounds, recently signed an agreement to open its first international branch in Larnaca, Cyprus. The company plans to expand to Paris, Prague, and Budapest.

According to the company, YomHuledTech is a fully immersive, technology-enhanced venue for birthday celebrations. It aims to provide children and parents with an innovative, stress-free experience at a lower cost.

In Israel, YomHuledTech has already launched in cities such as Nesher, Ashkelon, Ofakim, and Yavne.

Larnaca Mayor Andreas Vyras responded to the plans to build the playground, stating, “The incredible success of YomHuledTech in Israel and the high demand we’re seeing in cities where the concept has launched demonstrate the value of this initiative for our residents."

He added, “I have no doubt that the people of Larnaca will embrace this project and that once the playground opens, we’ll see even more demand from locals. Moreover, once residents of other Cypriot cities experience what’s happening in Larnaca, we expect even more demand to follow.”

Turning an Israel concept into an international model

Eric Lefler, CEO of StuGi, said he's proud to turn an "innovative Israeli concept into a global model. The opening of the first YomHuledTech playground in Larnaca marks the beginning of our international expansion."

"We’re confident that within the next year, we’ll bring this experience to many more countries. Families worldwide are seeking a balanced, enjoyable, and affordable birthday experience — and we’re thrilled to be the ones to deliver it.”
