Pakistan artillery kills at least 15 civilians in Afghanistan, Kabul says
The artillery fire came after clashes between Pakistani and Afghan security forces at the closed Chaman-Spin Boldak border crossing, where crowds were waiting to cross for the Eid al-Adha festival.
