EAU detrás del exitoso intercambio de prisioneros entre Ucrania y Rusia

Los Emiratos Árabes Unidos han facilitado al menos cinco intercambios de prisioneros similares entre Rusia y Ucrania, el último tuvo lugar a finales de mayo de este año.
