The relentless sequence of events in recent months has prevented many of us from making dramatic changes and has led us to focus on minor adjustments that meet essential needs. Intimate and cozy nooks, for example, don't have to be extravagant. Their primary purpose is to serve as a relaxing oasis, helping you enjoy the approaching summer break peacefully.

We focus on creating areas that evoke emotions and mitigate anxiety. The aim is to reconnect with nature and create small, intimate spaces that fit seamlessly into any living environment. These spaces don't require much room and are inherently flexible for both solitary activities and family gatherings. They are suitable for both public and private spaces, even bedrooms, as long as they meet specific needs and offer a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere.

Choose colors for these corners that radiate optimism, such as white and pastel shades, particularly blue, greenish hues, and peach, which was selected as Pantone’s Color of the Year for 2024. Use soft fabrics, especially in poufs, lounging sofas, and deep, rounded armchairs that invite relaxation and cuddling. Most are upholstered in velvet and bouclé fabrics, which are pleasant to the touch. You can also incorporate woven straw mats on the floor and even macramé swings hanging from the ceiling. Mix in elements and items made of cool materials like dark metals, marble, and glass to balance the soft look and add a modern, sophisticated touch.

Family and cozy corners are a fantastic canvas for designing new spaces inspired by relevant themes. They are easy to assemble and perfect for placing reading and reference books. A warm recommendation is to include live plants, which will infuse the space with plenty of positive energy.
