Roglit Winery is a family-run boutique winery located in the picturesque Ella Valley. The winery, housed in a cellar built in the 1950s on the property’s yard, overlooks the scenic "Wine Route," offering a unique rural experience.

One of the few wineries open on Saturdays in the area, Roglit invites visitors to enjoy wine and cheese in the farmyard, complete with a breathtaking view, a winery tour, and an explanation of the winemaking process.

Visitors can savor tastings of 4-5 types of wines and a cheese platter for NIS 100 per person or order a cheese and vegetable platter with a bottle of wine of their choice.

Weekend Aperitif: Amaro Venti

The name "Venti" in Italian means twenty, representing the 20 regions of Italy from which the ingredients of this drink are sourced: Calabrian bergamot, lavender, and more.

Amaro Venti boasts flavors of nuttiness, refreshing citrus bitterness, and a subtle sweetness beneath all this richness.

The Italians enjoy it neat with ice and an orange slice or with a splash of soda, and I completely agree with them. A perfect weekend drink.Price: NIS 170

Weekend Wine: Marcel Martin Chenin Blanc

A wonderful white that balances sweetness and acidity. Lemon and orange on the nose, tropical notes, and a hint of nuttiness on the palate. This wine is fruity, refreshing, crisp, and slightly spiced.

What to Pair It With: Fish and pasta, and save a sip for dessert as this wine pairs beautifully with fresh fruits or cheesecake.Price: NIS 66
