The house in Hod Hasharon, designed by the architect Yaron Atias, spans three floors - a basement and two levels - and covers an area of 300 square meters. The house was built for a family with many children, and each child was given an individual room. The architect took advantage of the maximum building rights, And in the planning process that lasted about a year, a lot of thought was put into every detail.
Family experience and hospitality The house was designed with an emphasis on creating a spacious and open public space, which is a center for family activities and a hospitality experience. The pool, designed by Pelag and owned by Avner Zadok, incorporates hydraulic technology that allows its area to be converted into additional accommodation space when not in use (the pool floor rises). A link between the inside and the outside: to bring the outside in and create a sense of airiness, large windows and glass doors were designed at the entrance to the house. The skylight above the stairs area also contributes to the natural light and the feeling of openness and airiness. Natural and high-quality materials: the kitchen, which is an active center of the family, was designed with durable materials and is made entirely of aluminum. The kitchen includes an island with a large work surface and a resin-coated sink. The kitchen is also equipped with an advanced system that allows "hiding" the mess, and in front of it is a dining area. In addition, there is an outdoor kitchen and a nearby sitting area. So that the dining experience, inside and outside the house, is close to each other.
The ground floor includes the master suite, which overlooks the pool and yard. The entire floor, including the public space, is equipped with smart systems to control shading at the push of a button, which creates intimacy for the family. Upper floor: includes two suites with private balconies, bathrooms, two air directions. Basement: includes a family corner for children and bedrooms with an English balcony that adds airiness and proximity to the outdoors. The execution process: The planning and execution process took about two years, with cooperation between various consultants and suppliers. The joint work resulted in a high-quality result, which balances functionality with impressive aesthetics.
