The Meron Lag Ba'omer event will take place at a reduced capacity, the Knesset Plenum approved on Tuesday following a vote on the subject.
A statement released by the Knesset spokesperson stated that the decision was made due to the security situation.
According to the plan, only three bonfires are expected to be held on the Mount.
