Security forces operate in West Bank

Undercover Border Police officers operated to in Dhinnaba in the area of Tulkarm in the West Bank on Monday, the Police stated. 

During the operation, forces arrested a suspect who was subsequently transferred to the security forces for investigation. The Police added that following an exchange of fire, a gunman wearing a military vest was shot by an undercover Border Police sniper. 

Earlier on Monday,  the Palestinian news agency "Shahab" reported that IDF troops were operating in Tubas in the West Bank.

Additionally, the Red Crescent claimed four Palestinians were injured by shrapnel in Fara’ata, south of Tubas, and were being transferred to the hospital.
