Israel's ambassador to the Netherlands, Modi Moshe Ephraim, was summoned to a reprimand on Wednesday at the Dutch Foreign Ministry, according to Israeli media.
This came after an investigation was published that claimed that Israel was spying on and threatening senior officials at the International Criminal Court in the Hague.
