An explosive device went off in a residential building in Holon in the early morning on Friday, Israel Police announced in a statement.
The explosion caused the 14-story building to shake, windows to shatter, doors to fly open, and elevators to collapse. The explosive device was apparently planted on the first floor of the building.
The explosive device planted was that of criminal nature and not terror, the police said.
