Blinken: Reopen consulate in Jerusalem for PA

 US Secretary of State Antony Blinken stated that the reopening of the American consulate for Palestinians in Jerusalem was an essential issue, and necessary for more effective relations between the US and the Palestinian Authority.
He also noted that it will be possible to prevent aid money US tax money, designated for Palestinian aid, from going to Hamas.
