4,313 new cases of the novel coronavirus were reported in Israel on Thursday, with 607 patients in serious condition, according to a Friday morning update by the Health Ministry.

Of those infected, 214 were on ventilators. The death toll stood at 7,761.
3,404,619 Israelis had received the third dose of the coronavirus vaccine as of Friday morning.
