Coronavirus in Israel: 7,686 new cases, 691 serious cases

Some 7,686 new cases of the novel coronavirus were reported in Israel on Monday, with 691 patients in serious condition, according to a Tuesday morning update by the Health Ministry. 

Some 5.24% of tests returned positive. 

Of those infected, 187 were on ventilators. The death toll stood at 7,384. 

Some 2,870,182 Israelis had received the third dose of the coronavirus vaccine as of Thursday morning.
