Shai Nitzan appointed new rector for National Library of Israel

Former Israeli state-attorney Shai Nitzan has been appointed as the new rector of the National Library of Israel on Thursday.

"I begin my new role with excitement and anticipation," Nitzan said. "In my opinion, the National Library should be the Jewish people and Israel's cultural and educational epicenter."
