UK Chief Rabbi composes blessing honoring women ahead of Simhat Torah

Traditionally, on the Jewish holiday, distinguished male members of the community are appointed Chatan Torah and Chatan Beresheet. United Synagogues introduced an Eishet Chayil honor for women.
