Retired Labor Court judge Michael Spitzer joined the Yair David law firm and will mainly deal in the field of mediation and arbitration.

Spitzer, who served as the president of the Regional Labor Court in Israel, as the president of the Regional Labor Court in Tel Aviv, as the director of the courts (2 terms) and as the judge of the National Labor Court, retired from the judicial system in March 2024.
