Pride Month's Must-Try Burger:

The "Pride Burger" at Agadir, a special collaboration with Tom Snaid, is Israel's first pride-themed burger. The colorful and meaningful creation celebrates Pride Month, offering a unique gastronomic experience. Besides the burger, Agadir and Snaid will host a podcast series featuring interviews with prominent LGBTQ+ figures, discussing pride while enjoying burgers. Launched in a year without a Tel Aviv Pride Parade, this initiative aims to boost morale, honor the LGBTQ+ community, and remind everyone of the ongoing struggle for LGBTQ+ rights throughout the year. Influencers and notable LGBTQ+ personalities are part of the campaign, with a portion of proceeds donated to "Beit Dror," a shelter for at-risk LGBTQ+ youth.

Sushi enthusiasts, get ready! International Sushi Day is on June 18th, and here’s how to celebrate:

1. Yauza Asian Restaurant: Managed by restaurateur Yaki Kfir, Yauza offers a special deal on Monday, June 19th, in honor of International Sushi Day. Order any sushi roll from the menu and receive an additional roll of your choice from a special selection:

1. Salmon and Avocado Maki2. Inside-Out Red Tuna and Avocado3. Grilled Salmon Roll – Baked salmon with scallions, avocado, sweet potato, topped with seared salmon, teriyaki, spicy mayo, and almonds4. Veggie Roll – Sweet potato, cucumber, asparagus, kanpyo, topped with avocado, teriyaki, and sesame seedsValid for up to 3 rolls.

2. Mina Tomei Asian Chain: To celebrate International Sushi Day, Mina Tomei offers three exclusive rolls available only on June 18th:

Sakura Roll - NIS 54: Salmon, avocado, tobiko, topped with seared red tuna tataki, lime, spicy mayo, and green onion curls.Zen Roll - NIS 59: Spicy red tuna, avocado, lime, wrapped in red tuna, avocado, and artichoke chips.Kami Roll - NIS 57: Red tuna, avocado, sweet potato, chives, topped with seared salmon tataki and almonds.

3. Sitara Restaurant: From June 18-21, Sitara celebrates International Sushi Day with a 4-day Omakase experience—10 sushi, sashimi, and salad dishes for NIS 289 per couple.

"Omakase" means "chef’s choice" in Japanese, a tradition in sushi restaurants where diners enjoy the best offerings from the chef. Sitara’s Omakase, crafted by chef Musab Abu Hadwan, features a mix of Japanese cuisine and sushi dishes.
