COVID-19 Israel: 4,080 new cases, 220 in serious condition

4,080 new cases of COVID-19 reported in Israel on Sunday, according to the Health Ministry. 

As of Monday, there are 220 patients in critical condition, 78 of whom are intubated. 

The death toll remains at 10,630.
