In a groundbreaking ruling, Israel's Chief Rabbi David Lau stated that the cultured meat produced by Israeli food tech company Aleph Farms is pareve. However, in order for it to be defined as such, the company, which produces its products from stem cells, will have to declare the meat to be vegetarian.
