The High Court of Justice announced Wednesday that it would hear a case concerning a possible breach of a conflict of interest agreement by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and the effects of such a breach on his qualifications to continue to serve as prime minister on September 12.
Attorney-General Gali Baharav Miara will be required to provide a response to the petition by August 20. The case will be heard by High Court President Esther Hayut, deputy president Uzi Fogelman, and justice Yitzhak Amit.
