US Democratic Senators Tammy Baldwin and Jon Tester joined a growing number of Democrats on Tuesday when they called for Senator Bob Menendez to resign, after prosecutors charged him and his wife with taking bribes from three New Jersey businessmen.
Menendez said on Monday that he would stay in the Senate and fight the charges.
