Denmark's Maersk MAERSKb.CO denied on Tuesday a claim by Yemen's Houthi terrorists that the shipping company's Saratoga vessel had been attacked.
The Houthis had earlier said that they had conducted six attacks on ships with drones and missiles in the Gulf of Aden and the Red Sea over the last 72 hours, including on the Maersk Saratoga.
In addition to the Maersk Saratoga, the Houthis claimed to have attacked APL Detroit, Huang Pu, and Pretty Lady after identifying them as either US or British, according to a statement from the group's military spokesperson Yahya Sarea.
Sarea added that the group also attacked two US destroyers in the Red Sea as well as Israel's city of Eilat.
It was not immediately clear which targets the drones or missiles struck.
