IDF Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir visited Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip on Tuesday amid the military's renewed strikes on the Gaza Strip in Operation Strength and Sword.
"Your mission is to protect the communities here," he told troops, adding, "We are in an ongoing operation against Hamas, alongside the IDF's full commitment to bringing the hostages home."
