"When we talk about defeating Hamas, [we are talking about defeating them] everywhere, including in Judea and Samaria," IDF Chief of Staff Lt.-Gen. Eyal Zamir said during a situation assessment on Thursday.
"Continue with a serious of operations to thwart terrorism alongside a strong defense [system]," Zamir added.
IDF troops arrested nine terrorists who threw stones at Israeli cars in the West Bank over the past week, the military announced earlier.
Additionally, security forces operating in the West Bank arrested a total of 70 wanted persons.
