Israel Police and Shin Bet arrested two Negev residents who planned to steal weapons from IDF bases for terrorist activity against Israeli targets, the two said in a joint statement. An indictment has been filed against the suspects.
As part of the investigation, the two suspects were revealed to have conspired to instigate terrorist activity in Israel, against the backdrop of fighting in the Gaza Strip.
