Russia's defense ministry accused Ukraine on Monday of carrying out eight attacks on Russian energy infrastructure over the past day, RIA news agency reported.
Reuters could not independently confirm the ministry's statement.
Russia and Ukraine agreed to pause strikes on each other's energy facilities last month, but both sides have repeatedly accused each other of breaking the US-brokered moratorium.
