A Tel Mond resident and four Netanya residents were arrested over the weekend on suspicion of planting an explosive device in a building in Even Yehuda.
The device exploded, causing widespread panic that led residents to call 100, but no one was injured. After their interrogation, they were imprisoned, and their detention was extended until Wednesday.
