US President Donald Trump's envoy, Steve Witkoff, is expected to meet Russian President Vladimir Putin on Friday, Axios reporter Barak Ravid said on social media on Wednesday, citing an American official.
Witkoff has previously held three long meetings with Putin on prospects for an end to the war in Ukraine and will visit Moscow this week for a new round of talks, the White House said earlier.
