Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi proposed on Thursday the restarting of dialogue with Britain, Germany and France, in a post on X, saying relations with the "E3" countries were "currently down," as Tehran prepared for a third round of nuclear talks with the United States on Saturday in Oman.
