Settlers perform unlawful citizens arrest on two Palestinians north of Ramallah - report

Two settlers have reportedly "kidnapped" two Palestinian men from Kobar, a town north of Ramallah, multiple Palestinian sources reported.

The settlers were reportedly wearing military uniforms and fired on residents during the event.

Palestinian sources named two men and said they had sustained injuries and bruising during the event.
