Israel Police detained a 27-year-old German tourist in Tel Aviv after he allegedly spat at a guard at the US Embassy and threw a bag containing Molotov cocktail materials, including alcohol bottles and loose socks, Israel Police stated on Monday.
The German tourist had fled the scene, but was later found by police officers, the statement continued.
