The French dermo-cosmetic brand La Roche-Posay is expanding its Anthelios sun care line and launching for summer 2025 the Anthelios Fluid, which treats and helps reduce dark spots on the skin and includes SPF50+ sun protection.

According to the company, the new product was developed after 18 years of research and includes a new active ingredient: Melasyl, which has been proven effective in preventing hyperpigmentation. It helps trap excess melanin before it forms spots on the skin, provides an even skin tone with continued use, and helps reduce dark spots.

The new formula includes technology that offers long-term protection against UVA rays and provides protection against infrared radiation and air pollution. Regular use of the product maintains an even skin tone and improves the appearance of sun-induced pigmentation.

The cream is light, absorbs easily and quickly, and does not leave marks on the face. It is suitable for all skin types and ideal for sensitive skin. In addition, the cream is also resistant to water, sweat, and sand, and can be used under makeup.

Additionally, in honor of Skin Cancer Awareness Month, La Roche-Posay, in collaboration with the Israel Skin Cancer Association, will hold free skin cancer early detection checkups for the general public—at no cost and conducted by expert dermatologists, with the goal of raising awareness of skin cancer and encouraging early detection among the general population.

The checkups will be conducted throughout June, Skin Cancer Awareness Month, in dedicated pop-up spaces set up in malls specifically for the event. The pop-up space will include a treatment room where visitors can be checked for suspicious moles and skin spots. In addition, the area will offer information, interactive activities, and free samples of La Roche-Posay sun protection products, as well as the option to purchase them at a 30% discount.

The checkups will take place in three leading malls across the country, from 12:00 to 20:00. The first pop-up will open at Ofer Ramat Aviv Mall, from 09.06.25 to 13.06.25. At Ofer Kiryat Bialik Mall, the pop-up will operate from 15.06 to 19.06.25. At Ofer Grand Canyon Beersheba, it will run from 23.06 to 27.06.25. A pop-up will also open at Azrieli Haifa Mall from 9–12.06, where visitors can purchase products and enjoy the activities—but without skin checkups.
