While opponents of Israel’s admission to the VWP argue that granting admission would be an undeserved gift to the government, the real beneficiaries will be individual Israelis.

The organization’s first office in an Arab or majority-Muslim state, will endeavor to serve as a nongovernmental bridge between Arabs and Jews, Emiratis and Israelis, and the US and the Gulf.

It will take leadership on the part of Israel, continuing to reach out to its neighbors not only in the Arab states but among the Palestinians as well.
