Yocheved Lauren Laufer, originally from Long Island, New York, made aliya in 2012. During her time in Israel, Yocheved received a B.A. in Communications and Political Science from Bar-Ilan University and served in the IDF Liaison Unit on the Israeli-Syrian border.
