Maya Gur Arieh is a Breaking News Desk Manager at The Jerusalem Post. Born in Israel, she grew up in Canada following her family’s relocation. In 2018, she made aliyah and served as a lone soldier in the IDF while residing on Kibbutz Kissufim. Maya holds a BA in political science and communications from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. In her free time, she enjoys running, skiing, travelling, and finding the best coffee and matcha spots around town.
