Size doesn't matter? The small vacuum cleaner that can do what the big ones can't

Vacuum cleaners, which have become popular in recent years and have even replaced the use of brooms in many homes, mostly come wireless, without the need for a cord, and some even without the need fo

The ANKER brand offers a new model of a versatile, compact and wireless vacuum cleaner with a suction power of 80 AW 16kPa, providing strong power for efficient cleaning. It is exceptionally lightweight, weighing only 808 grams, suitable for children's use, including suction power similar to that of large wireless vacuum cleaners, and it is designed for cleaning hard-to-reach areas such as ventilation openings, high shelves, or lighting fixtures. It can be used as a compact and convenient handheld vacuum cleaner for small surfaces or as a regular high vacuum cleaner (similar to a broom) by connecting the vacuum to an extension stick. The same stick can also be attached to an accessory with a mop that allows for thorough cleaning of parquet and ceramic surfaces.

More accessories than could have been expected

Narrow 2-in-1 brush: Designed for narrow areas such as tracks and ventilation openings. The brush head, with a light press and pull, transforms into a brush that can also brush the area in case, for example, there are gaps between sofa cushions.

Wide upholstery brush: With a width of about 20 cm, it is designed for medium-sized surfaces such as sofas, rugs, and mattresses.

Extension stick: An extension accessory for use in standing positions for low surfaces like floors or high surfaces like curtain rails and shelves or tall furniture.

Floor-cleaning accessory: With the option to attach a wet mop. A set of wet cloths with a cleaning agent is included with the vacuum cleaner.

Charging dock: Also serves as a convenient and centralized storage for the accessories. It can be placed on the floor or hung on the wall using the screws provided with the product.

Charging power cable: Adapted to Israeli sockets.

Removable and rechargeable lithium battery: Connects similar to charging a gun and clicks into place.

Dustbin: 250 ml capacity. Once emptied, you can see the small filter that needs to be cleaned regularly (the cleaning frequency of the filter depends on usage and debris). The filter can also be cleaned under running water.

The Check-Up

Full charging takes almost 4 hours and it lasted for continuous use for 22 minutes.

There is no need for prolonged pressing during operation and there is an option to work in two different modes: high and eco-saving. An LED light that turns on with use improves visibility in dark areas such as the car floor or window sills.

The Anker HomeVac H30 vacuum cleaner is the product that may meet your needs that the vacuum cleaner you chose may not be able to provide. It is lightweight and comes with a very large selection of accessories, considering its size and price - we didn't expect it and were pleasantly surprised. We found it efficient and very practical, useful for a variety of daily needs (not just for vacuuming or weekly thorough cleaning) and due to its small size and accessory storage, it is convenient to place in areas such as the kitchen, as it is not big or tall so it doesn't stand out at eye level (for example, I regularly place it under the dining table in the kitchen, so it also serves for daily cleaning of crumbs from the marble, bread drawer, and dining table).

The disadvantages we found were: the not smooth connection of the accessories (it took us time to understand if the accessory was connected correctly and its intended use). Storage of accessories on the charging dock (even then it took us time to understand what the manufacturer meant, a problem that was solved by watching the demonstration video). In addition, the vacuum cleaner does not work on wet areas and the mopping accessory is only intended for mopping the floor with a damp cloth, which means it is suitable for mopping small surfaces only and not for a complete floor mopping, for example.

Who wouldn't want to eat next to the computer?

The additional uses we found for it are not everyday uses, but definitely necessary: cleaning sofas and chairs from food crumbs or human hair, cleaning a certain black couch that the dog adopted and leaves his white fur on, cleaning drawers and shelves, whether in the clothes cabinet or in the kitchen cabinets, and of course - cleaning the seats in the car from sand and the kids' snacks. Oh, and add to that the work station at home, between us, who doesn't eat by the computer?

Conclusion

The price of the Anker HomeVac H30 model is: 749 shekels, a sum that is indeed not insubstantial but when considering all the small solutions it can provide, and if you need many of the solutions it offers - it's worth considering purchasing it or its equivalents.

Those who own a vacuum cleaner and find regular use for it (corded, cordless, or robotic), are likely to find uses for this model that the others do not provide, whether due to their size, weight, physical structure, portability, or the accessories they are equipped with.

You will get value for money, and from here, the consideration is whether you really need it and whether to spend such a sum on a second vacuum cleaner and complement it - it's up to you. (The model was provided for review by the official importer, Future Cell).
