Free-Spirited Package
"Livro" (meaning "free" in Italian) is a personal, independent, and very cool initiative by Boaz Mizrahi, focusing on vineyard cultivation and winemaking. Grenache is the main grape variety in the vineyard, with some Syrah and Merlot planted as well.
Boaz, in collaboration with Mire Golan, launches special packages this year combining wine with meat. The packages include various local meat cuts, drinks, and Kaviar salt, produced in the agricultural startup of Krat Kaviar Farm in northern Israel.
The wine in the package is Grenache from the 2022 harvest, with fruity complexity and an extended finish.
