Restaurant Silo kicks off August with a special menu created by Chef Assaf Glazer. Glazer designed the menu around the most refreshing fruit—lemon. Alongside the regular menu, a variety of lemony specials will be served, including pasta dishes, seafood entrees, and gin-based cocktails.
Some of the dishes on Silo's lemon menu include: charred eggplant with feta, sumac, onion, mint, and lemon zest; lemon rocket salad with baby fennel, Parmesan, and toasted almonds; Italian shrimp with butter, preserved lemon, and harissa; tagliolini al limone with lemon sage butter and Parmesan; risotto di mare with sea bream fillet, pumpkin, saffron, and asparagus; and limoncello panna cotta with lemon cream ring, burnt meringue, anglaise, and seasonal fruit.
The gin-based cocktails added to the menu feature ingredients like passion fruit, mint, and bitters; Cointreau with strawberry and hazelnut infusion; lychee liqueur with pineapple and raspberry infusion, lemon, and tonic; and a mix of lemon, melon, and cucumber.

Born from a collaboration between the two brands, Netflix & Chill ice cream combines smooth peanut butter ice cream with premium cream, soft chocolate brownie chunks, and sweet-salty pretzel swirls.
