An explosion occurred at an IDF base in Israel's South late Tuesday night, leaving at least nine soldiers wounded to various degrees, Israeli media reported.
Though the military is currently investigating the circumstances that led to the explosion, there is speculation that a grenade exploded at the end of a training exercise. The wounded have been evacuated to a hospital in Beersheba, Israeli media reported.
