New York Governor Andrew Cuomo said that statewide coroanvirus deaths increased by 231 on May 6, Reuters reported.
As of Thursday afternoon New York time, approximately 8,600 patients are hospitalized with the virus.Out of 27,000 healthcare workers who were tested for coroanvirus, it was found that they have the same, or lower, infection rate than that of the general population, he added.
