As part of the I Rise, We Rise campaign by the Chivas Regal whiskey brand, chefs Tomer Tal and Tom Levy met on Sunday evening for a unique night during which they prepared a tasting menu in the nose-to-tail style. The campaign of this long-standing whiskey brand has been highly successful, creating a new community for the brand inspired by a team of trailblazing artists specially selected for the mission.

The team includes four pairs: Marina Maximilian and Echo; Itay Levy and Inbal Bibi; street artist Pilpeled and tattoo artist Sara Kori; and chefs Tomer Tal and Tom Levy. The pairs were formed so that the “experienced” partner mentors the “young” partner working alongside them in the same field, and together they create unique content—all under the auspices of Chivas Regal.

During the meal, participants were served seven dishes crafted from different parts of a fish, extracting flavors from each and every section. The dishes were paired with cocktails based on the Chivas collection, including the award-winning Chivas Regal 18, which has recently received a regal new design.

The dinner took place in the stunning dining space of the R48 Hotel in Tel Aviv, where the open kitchen provided an intimate glimpse into the chefs’ workflow. The two chefs hosted the event alongside personal guidance from Idan Solomon, brand ambassador of Pernod Ricard Israel, who shared some behind-the-scenes secrets from the world of whiskey.

Special thanks were extended to the chefs for the extraordinary experience by Yoash Ben Eliezer, Deputy CEO of Tempo; Itay Nahmias, Israel Market Manager for Pernod Ricard; and Maya Rotem, Marketing VP at Pernod Ricard.
