Two IDF soldiers wounded from anti-tank missile in northern Israel

One IDF soldier was moderately wounded, and another was lightly wounded as a result of an anti-tank missile launched to northern Israel, the IDF announced on Thursday. 

The wounded soldiers were evacuated and received medical treatment, and their families were informed.

Four lightly wounded after massive rocket, hostile aircraft barrage to North

Israel's North experienced thunderous barrages starting Thursday morning, leaving four Israelis lightly wounded. Multiple fires also broke out in the North as a result of impacts.

IDF identifies 40 projectiles launched towards northern Israel throughout Thursday, falls detected

Following alerts activated in northern Israel earlier on Thursday, around 40 projectiles were detected as crossing towards the Galilee and Golan region, the IDF stated on Thursday. 

The IDF noted that several of these launches were successfully intercepted by Israel's air defense. A number of falls were identified, causing fires to break out in the area. 

From 14:00 five suspicious aerial targets were identified, with the IDF Aerial Defense Array intercepting three of these targets.

The IDF noted that the tunnel included some underground operational facilities and was utilized by Hamas terrorists.

IDF troops of the 99th Division, along with combat engineering forces, destroyed an 800-meter-long, 30-meter-deep tunnel area of the central Gaza corridor, one kilometer from the border with Israel, the Israeli military announced on Thursday afternoon.

The IDF noted that the tunnel included some underground operational facilities and was utilized by Hamas terrorists.

IDF troops kill terrorists, destroy terror infrastructure

In addition, in the past week, forces of the Carmeli and 679th Brigades completed Zeitoun and Sabra neighborhoods in the Strip. During the operation, dozens of terrorists were killed, and some 50 terror infrastructures were demolished.

Rocket sirens, hostile aircraft intrusion alerts sound in North

Multiple rocket sirens and hostile aircraft intrusion alerts sounded in northern Israel on Thursday afternoon. 

The military stated that the hostile aircraft intrusion alert, which had sounded in Safed at 1:31 p.m., had been a false alert. 

The police stated that reports of falls had been received in the area. To date, it has not received reports of injuries. 

Magen David Adom (MDA) later said that paramedics were treating two 20-year-olds who had been lightly wounded by debris. 

According to Ynet, schools in Safed and the Golan Heights shut down following the barrage.
