The Israel Air Force struck surface-to-surface missile launchers across Iran, the military announced on Sunday morning.

The IDF also released video documentation of the strike alongside its statement.

Other Iranian targets hit by Israeli forces

Other targets hit by the IAF in Iran include the Mehrabad Airport, which caught fire early on Saturday morning after explosions were heard in Tehran, according to Iranian media reports. Later, an Iranian official confirmed that the country's Fordow nuclear facility sustained limited damage following recent attacks.

The day before, the IDF said that it struck the country's Natanz nuclear facility and destroyed multiple floors of its underground facility.

Israeli forces also destroyed the Islamic Republic's air base in Tabriz. Additional targets included the Hamadan air base and the regime’s air defense system, unmanned aerial vehicles, and surface-to-surface missile launchers.

The IAF is also planning on attacking further targets in Tehran, military officials said, following a situational assessment between IDF Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir and IAF Commander Tomer Bar.

Iranian state TV claimed that 60 people, including 20 children, were killed in a strike on a Tehran housing complex.
