Trump's supporters stormed the Capitol on January 6, 2021, fueled by his false claims that his defeat was the result of fraud.

"What happened to your legs," an activist operating under the handle The Palestine News Network asked Mast as he was walking in the halls of the US Capitol. "Did a red triangle go over your head?"

Senate leaders spent hours on Friday negotiating a number of amendments to the budget bill that ultimately were defeated.

Congress is expected to vote on a resolution "Condemning rape and sexual violence committed by Hamas in its war against Israel."

Capitol Police said that the protesters went through a security check at the entrance to the building, but when the protest began, they were arrested immediately.

Republicans ran last year promising to show voters they could govern. But once they got the chance, they proved they weren’t up to the job. Maybe not even interested.

"Ultimately, we have to do the job - to see the Middle East without Hamas," said Congressman Brad Sherman, co-chair of the Congressional Israel Allies Caucus. 

According to the organizers, this has been the largest pro-Israel rally in the history of the United States.

The event’s featured speakers will include family members of hostages currently held in Gaza as well as family members of victims of the October 7 terror attacks.

"I call them the 'J-6 hostages,' not prisoners. I call them the hostages, what’s happened. And it’s a shame," Trump said at the rally in Houston.
