Kai Höss and his 87-year-old father, Hans Jürgen Höss, recently confronted their family's legacy by participating in the 2024 documentary "The Commandant's Shadow."

While we have seen news clips and interviews about that day, this series dramatizes them to great effect.
Israeli channels will be showing documentaries, films and anthologies about October 7.
Those who had seen the film include survivors of the festival attack as well as US congresspeople from both major parties.
