"I have monitored, with vigilance, the kinds of speech that Israel-aligned parties are calling ‘antisemitic,’” Steinberg wrote, “and it simply does not pass the sniff test.” 

One in three Jewish students reported witnessing or experiencing acts of hate or violence against Jews on campus, with a majority dissatisfied with their university’s response to these incidents.

The first of these incidents was an assault on two students "near 15th Avenue and High Street." One of the students was treated at the Wexner Medical Center.

Rice Pride said Hillel's international umbrella group was “not reflective of the values of inclusion upheld by Rice Pride.”
