Israle's Health Ministry is launching a team to investigate the IVF system after two scandals at Assuta.
The parents conducted a genetic test after one of their kids exhibited certain issues and found the father was not genetically related to the son.
According to the Tel Aviv hospital, the parents have asked that no inquiry be made and that their privacy be protected.
The members of the committee said that it was not a single unfortunate mistake but a chain of errors that caused the embryos to be replaced.
A couple who had undergone IVF at Assuta discovered during the pregnancy that they had been given the wrong embryo.
