This follows Zelensky saying on Saturday that Ukraine had captured two North Korean soldiers in Russia's Kursk region.
Kyiv says that North Korean troops are fighting in the Kursk region, where Ukraine launched an incursion in August.
On Dec. 17, a US military official said North Korea had suffered several hundred casualties while fighting against Ukrainian forces in Russia's Kursk region.
This comes amidst war blogger reports that the DPRK troops are drastically underprepared for official comabt.
The main opposition Democratic Party called for Yoon, who has been in office since 2022, to resign or face impeachment.
"Russia's use of an intermediate range ballistic missile on 21 November is further evidence of its reckless and escalatory behaviour," they said in a draft statement.

The sources did not name the officer nor did they detail the manner in which he was wounded.
"It has been Russia that has escalated the conflict time and time again," spokesperson Miller said, pointing to North Korean troops the US says have been deployed and clashed with Ukrainian forces.
Russian and/or North Korean threats of support for Iran could lay the groundwork for a multi-state nuclear conflict, one that could come to involve the United States and/or China.
